Our clients span just about every industry from aviation to healthcare to real estate, so your knowledge and experience can too! The Summer and full-time TRAC programs are open to all majors and it’s our job to match you to a role that best utilizes your skills and experiences.

We are seeking candidates with the following skills/attributes:

• Ability to work in teams and cultivate relationships.
• Analytical thinker and problem solver.
• Intellectual curiosity and a growth mindset
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated leadership skills or has taken initiative within school, work and/or community.

TRAC Candidate Requirements:

• Current Seniors graduating with their bachelor’s degree with an expected graduation of December 2020 through Spring 2021.
• Overall cumulative GPA of 3.0 or above at the time of application and start date.
• Applicants must have unrestricted authorization to work for an employer in the U.S.

Summer TRAC Candidate Requirements:

• Current Juniors with an expected graduation date of December 2021 through May 2022.
• Overall cumulative GPA of 3.0 or above at the time of application and start date
• Applicants must have unrestricted authorization to work for an employer in the U.S.
