We’ve tried to answer as many questions as possible on our website but below are some questions we are regularly asked.

How important is a student’s GPA when being considered for the TRAC program?

The TRAC program was designed to be a challenging and competitive developmental program. Therefore, we require an overall cumulative GPA of 3.0 or greater when you apply and when you start with us.

Can I select more than one office when applying?

You can only select one office location when applying online. Please speak to your recruiter for any unique circumstances.

Do you offer sponsorship?

At the moment, we only consider candidates who have unrestricted work authorization to work in the U.S. We are unable to consider students who require sponsorships such as CPT or OPT.

What majors or fields of study are considered a good fit for the full-time or Summer TRAC Program?

When considering candidates for the TRAC program, we are open to all majors. If you did not major in risk management and insurance brokerage, don’t worry! We provide a structured training and learning opportunities throughout the program.

Do you consider students completing graduate degrees or a second bachelor’s degree?

We only consider candidates completing their first undergraduate degree. Students who have completed more than one bachelor’s degree or a graduate degree are ineligible.

What steps are involved in the interview process?

The first step is to complete your application on our corporate website. If you are selected for a first round interview, you will be invited to participate in a virtual video interview where you will record your answers and submit the interview online. Final round interviews take place in the Marsh office of the city you applied, as and when scheduled.

How long does it take to complete a virtual video interview?

The virtual video interview takes approximately 10-15 minutes to complete.
