Claims

There are different procedures to follow depending on your policy. Detailed instructions on how to lodge a claim are outlined below.

Group Personal Accident

Step 1: All claims must be notified to the insurer, Sportscover, within 120 days of the accident or injury occurring. Download a claim form.

Step 2: Complete all relevant sections of the claim form and copies of original receipts of any medical expenses that have been incurred relating to the accident or injury.

Step 3: Submit the claim form and additional information (receipts) to asiapac.claims@sportscover.com or fax to +613 8562 9111 or post to:

Step 4: Your claims adviser will confirm receipt of your claim. 

Public Liability & Professional Indemnity

Claims made against you by members of the general public for personal injury or damage to their property, that arise from the conduct of your business, are regarded by insurance companies as extremely serious.

If this occurs, under no circumstances should any admission of liability or offer to pay be given to the person concerned. It is also important you notify Marsh Advantage Insurance immediately on 1300 306 383 to ensure your interests are fully protected.

The public and product liability and personal accident policies are group policies arranged with an administrator, Sportscover Australia Pty Ltd (ABN 43 006 637 903, AFSL No. 230914) who act under authority from certain underwriters at Lloyd's, the insurer.
