In 2007, Mercer MC acquired CAVOK International and merged the organization with the previously acquired Oliver, Wyman, and Company. Acquisition of TeamSAI in 2015 complemented existing capabilities with technical support services and maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) forecasting. Subsequently, Avisa, an aerospace airworthiness and aviation safety consultancy in the UK, was acquired in 2017.

This combined Oliver Wyman CAVOK evolved to be a global leader in technical consulting and services, leveraging deep expertise and proprietary tools to optimize the world’s preeminent airlines, rail lines, and MROs.

In 2024, Oliver Wyman acquired SeaTec Consulting, a leading provider of consulting, engineering, and digital domain expertise. SeaTec solved complex business, operational, and technical challenges for clients for more than 20 years across the aviation, aerospace and defense, and transportation industries.

Both SeaTec and Oliver Wyman CAVOK earned a long-standing record of excellence with their clients and today form Oliver Wyman Vector. Together, we have been able to continue offering unparalleled breadth, depth, and reliability to our clients.
