Payment Options
Marsh offers a number of options for you to help pay your account with us as easily as possible:
- Premium funding
- Credit card payment online (NZD and AUD only)
- Internet banking
- We are no longer accepting cheques (Banks and government organisations are phasing out cheques from 2021)

Tips for paying your bill
As you will appreciate Marsh receives a number of payments each day. Please help us to locate your payment and confirm that we have received it by doing the following:
- If you are paying with internet banking please quote your client number, which can be found on your invoice or statement.
- If you are paying by credit card we accept Visa and Mastercard. Please note that there is a surcharge of 1.5% (inclusive of GST) for this facility.
- Premium funding is a great option for organisations wanting to improve their cashflow and spread their payments over a period that best suits the needs of the business. Talk to your Marsh Client Executive for more information about this option.
Premium Funding
High premium rates and increasing operating expenses have led many companies to look for ways to preserve their cash flow. One way that businesses can improve cash flow management is to use a premium funding programme for insurance premiums to spread payments over more acceptable cashflow cycles.
Borrowing from a specialist insurance premium financier and repaying the lender in instalments offers significant advantages over a traditional single lump sum premium payment. These include:
- Choice & flexibility: You can select from a range of instalment payment plans to best suit your cash flow needs.
- Financial benefits: Rates are competitive and fixed throughout the term of the loan and there are no monthly account fees.
- "Bundling": Incorporate your other general insurance premiums as well as your ACC premiums into the one instalment programme to achieve greater benefits and value to your business.
Marsh can help tailor a premium funding programme to suit your organisation and create a payment schedule to meet the cash flow cycle of your business. Software has been developed to assist in doing a comparative analysis of the cost of funding against the cash flow of an organisation and its working capital return.

You can pay your insurance premiums online by credit card. There is a surcharge of 1.5% (inclusive of GST) for this facility. We accept Visa and Mastercard.

Internet Banking
If you wish to pay by Internet Banking it is important that you pay your account in the currency in which you have been invoiced. In the reference details, please quote your client number which can be found on your invoice or statement. Our NZD bank account is as follows:

Cheque Payments
We are no longer accepting cheques. Please utilise one of our other ways to pay your insurance premium. Cheques are being phased out with major banks no longer accepting cheques from 2021.
