Louise joined Marsh & McLennan Companies in 2015 and is the Human Resources Leader for Marsh NZ, Marsh Fiji and Mercer NZ.  Louise is responsible for many aspects of HR including aligning and developing HR strategies to support achievement of the business strategy; implementing and communicating global, regional, country and local HR initiatives; providing thought leadership and coaching support to people leaders.

Louise has been involved in HR since 1996 working in the UK, Australia and New Zealand. Louise is a Chartered Member of the HR Institute of NZ.
