Bushfire Assistance for Aged Care Organisations

A “catastrophic” fire danger rating has been issued to Greater Sydney, Greater Hunter and Illawarra/Shoalhaven areas on Tuesday, November 12.

There is a total fire ban across all of NSW on Monday 11th and Tuesday 12th.

We understand that our aged care clients have risk management plans in place which deal with a range of emergencies. In case you need additional information or support, please visit the Department of Health’s  emergency management page.

If you are needing to evacuate and require assistance to identify relocation options please contact the Health Department on:

  • QLD – 1800 300 125
  • NSW/ACT – 1800 852 649
