Managing the People Side of Risk Survey
While your people are one of your most important assets, they can also bring significant business risks. Mercer Marsh Benefits (MMB) is conducting a survey to explore how firms are evaluating, mitigating and managing these risks.
We invite you to participate and share your views on this increasingly important topic. The survey will run until the end of April, 2021, and should take less than 15 minutes to complete. Your response will be handled confidentially and anonymously.
What you'll receive
As a thank you, you will receive the survey results and data-packed insights into how your peers are managing the business risks generated by their workforce – their people risks.
The report, set to be released in early May, will include significant benchmarking insights from an Australian and global perspective.
We are looking to garner a wide range of perspectives from across Australia, and the globe. We believe job roles that will have important views on this subject include risk professionals, HR, finance, health and safety, operations, C-suite and line managers and encourage anyone in these functions to participate.
