Lucy Clarke 

President of Marsh Specialty and Global Placement, Marsh

Lucy is President of Marsh Specialty, which includes the global specialties of Aviation, Construction, Credit Specialties, Energy & Power, Financial and Professional Lines (FINPRO), Marine & Cargo and Private Equities, Mergers and Acquisitions (PEMA), as well as President of Marsh Global Placement with responsibility for all retail placement hubs, Bowring Marsh, global Portfolio Solutions and Insurer Consulting. She is a member of the Marsh executive committee.

Lucy joined Marsh in April 2019 as part of the JLT Group acquisition where she had worked for 17 years and had held key leadership roles including CEO of JLT Specialty, the insurance and risk arm of the JLT Group.

She graduated from Vanderbilt University with degrees in English and Economics and has worked in London since 1990.
