CURRENT RESPONSIBILITIES

Ms. Waterfall has overall responsibility for one of the three service teams in the Vermont office of Marsh’s Captive Solutions Group. Ms. Waterfall’s duties include:

• Serves as an advisor to clients on all captive matters
• Oversees activities of Marsh service teams
• Conducts a quality review of key work products (e.g., financial statements and regulatory reports)
• Serves as liaison with the regulators

• Pure Captive and Group Captive Experience

• B.S. Degree from the University of California at Berkeley
• Associate in Risk Management (ARM)
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
• Member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA)
