CURRENT RESPONSIBILITIES

Marc Allen joined Marsh in 2006 and currently serves as the Human Resources leader for Global Captive Solutions in addition to serving a similar role for Marsh US Private Client.  Immediately prior to this role, Mr. Allen served as the HR Leader for the Marsh Global Specialty practices of Marine, Energy and Aviation.  Prior to that, he was HR Manager for Infrastructure/Finance and (US based) Asia Client Services (brokerage).  He is currently a Senior Vice President of Marsh.

Employment experiences preceding Mr. Allen's service with Marsh are as follows:
Ernst & Young LLP's Financial Services Office (Risk Management & Advisory practices based in New York) as Assistant Director, Human Resources.
Cap Gemini (Chicago office) as Human Resources Manager.
Cap Gemini Ernst & Young LLC (Chicago office), previously Ernst & Young LLP's Management Consulting practice, as Human Resources Manager & Human Resources Representative.
Ernst & Young LLP, Management Consulting practice (Chicago office) as a HR Operations lead, Senior Human Resources Representative and HR Representative.

EDUCATION

Mr. Allen has BS in Business Administration from Birmingham-Southern College and earned a MS in Industrial Relations from Loyola University Chicago. 

Mr. Allen resides in New York.
