Kimberlee (Kim) Connell is responsible for leading client advisory services, sales personnel, and all related functions for the West Zone of Marsh McLennan Agency Private Client Services (MMA PCS). Prior to joining Marsh in 2015, Kimberlee held the role of Chief Operations Officer for Willis Private Client. She joined Willis in 2012 and was responsible for the operational leadership of the personal lines and private client insurance businesses. Prior to Willis, Kim was Vice President of Customer Service at Fireman’s Fund Insurance Company. She also held leadership positions earlier in her career at Marsh PCS and USAA.
