CURRENT RESPONSIBILITIES

Mr. Precourt is part of the Senior Management Team of the Vermont Operation of Marsh’s Captive Solutions Group. Mr. Precourt’s duties include:

• Serving as primary liaison for existing and new clients
• Keeping current with industry and parent company developments
• Team performance management
• Acting as a resource for team/office/group on regulatory, insurance and accounting issues
• Monitoring team and client activities to ensure control standards are maintained
• New Solutions Development
